Jessica L. Ehrentraut MS,CHES,RD. Graduated from the University of Connecticut, School of Allied Health as a dietitian in 2009. She also holds a masters degree in Health Promotion and Health Education from the University of Connecticut in 2011. Upon completion of her degree in Dietetics, she has over 900 hours of experience obtained in food service management, clinical experience, nutrition support and education. In the past two years under her assistantship for her masters degree, Jessica has worked as a Nutrition and Worksite Wellness Coordinator for Hartford Public Schools as well as the head dietitian on a worksite wellness study to promote weight loss. In addition, she has performed extensive research in musculoskeletal disease, weight gain and the harm that it causes to the body. Jessica also prides herself on staying informed with current health and nutrition trends, research and information. She resides in Naugatuck, Connecticut. Jennifer Ash, MA, EMT-B, has been in the medical field since 1990. Her experience includes internal medicine, pharmacy and emergency medical services. She has been a volunteer with the North Branford Fire Department since 1998 and resides in North Branford, Connecticut with her husband and two sons and enjoys camping, hiking, reading and volunteering with her son’s cub scout activities. Carisma Class, MA, Medical Assistant Danielle Cambio-Cusson, our Assistant Director of Operations, is a graduate of The Hartford Art School, University of Hartford with a BFA in Graphic Design/Visual Communications 2001 and a member of the American Society of Bariatric Physicians. Her experience includes over 9 years in the Advertising & Marketing field creating and implementing design solutions for a variety of industries, from healthcare to construction and retail to restaurants. Having owned and operated her own business since 2003, Danielle has provided businesses nationwide a variety of customized solutions including identity branding, cohesive web/print campaigns and project and vendor management. She is a 2010-2011 Cambridge Who's Who Honor and a member of the AIGA, Hartford Chapter. She resides in West Hartford, Connecticut with her husband and her two dogs, and enjoys quilting, crafting and roller skating.

Mark A. Perrotti, MD, our medical director and CEO, is an American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) certified physician with over a decade of experience in the field of Internal Medicine. He has a subspecialty in Bariatric (weight management) Medicine, having completed both the written and oral boards. Dr. Perrotti has been in private practice for 10 years, in the New Haven area, since completing his Internship and Residency in 1999 at Roger Williams Medical Center in Providence, Rhode Island – an affiliate of the Brown University and Boston University Schools of Medicine. Mark was a chemistry/biology major at Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs, New York, obtaining a B.A. degree, and a 1993 graduate of the University of Rome School of Medicine in Rome, Italy. He is an Attending Physician at Yale New Haven Hospital, and the Hospital of Saint Raphael, located in New Haven, Connecticut. He is an Assistant Clinical Professor of Medicine at the Yale school of Medicine where he teaches Ambulatory Medicine to third year medical students as part of their core Internal Medicine training. Other teaching experience includes outpatient training of Residents at the Hospital of Saint Raphael; APRN students at Sacred Heart University; and Sports Medicine students from Seton Hall University. He has helped hundreds if not thousands of patients lose weight over the years, and is eager to continue this role at MedTeam Weight Loss, LLC. Dr. Perrotti speaks Italian fluently and has a good working knowledge of Spanish. He resides in Madison, Connecticut with his wife and two children and enjoys traveling, gardening and coaching youth soccer. 
Science in Nursing 1996; and The State University of New York Stony Brook with a Masters of Science 2003. His experience includes seven years as a Clinical Nursing Supervisor at North Shore Long Island Jewish Health System, Huntington Hospital, Huntington, New York; five years of Pain Management as a Nurse Practitioner at The Huntington Center for Pain Treatment in Huntington, New York; two years as a Nurse Practitioner in Development of Specialty Programs (Project leader), Care of the Vulnerable Elderly, Middlesex Hospital Home Care, Middletown, Connecticut. He has served as a preceptor for APRN students for UCONN. Along with Dr. Perrotti, Tom has helped hundreds of patients lose weight. He resides in Madison, Connecticut with his wife and three sons, and enjoys exercising, golf, tennis and coaching little league baseball.
Denise Riley, C-APRN is certified by the American Nursing Credentialing Academy as an Adult Nurse Practitioner. She is a member of the Connecticut Advanced Practiced Registered Nurse Society, and the American Society of Bariatric Physicians. Denise graduated from the University of Connecticut with a Bachelors of Science in Nursing in 1981 and a Master of Science in 2006. Her experience includes three years as a APRN with Genesis Healthcare managing patients on sub-acute rehabilitation units and the frail elderly on Long Term Care Units; two years as a lead Nurse Practitioner managing a team of NPs in Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island. Denise has served as a preceptor for APRN students from St. Joseph's College. She has twenty two years experience as an RN in critical care, cardiac rehab, and home care as well as experience in staff development, education, and management.
